If you are dedicated to working hard to achieve your short and long term goals, this is the program for you!  With Performance Fitness, no two sessions are alike. Working out in small groups, you'll experience dynamic movement and real-world benefits combined with a range of fun-filled, athletic based activities designed to improve full-body strength, shape and definition. Each 60 minute session includes an Active Dynamic Warm-Up, Energy System Development and Strength Training.
